The WI-Flyers(Farnborough) met at the community Centre Farnborough on the 26th October 2016
After giving out notices, Claire introduced Mel Rees. Mel is a local author, who gave us a very entertaining evening, with anecdotes about his life and family. Mel moved to Ash Vale with his new wife 1969. As a claim to fame, Mel has a railway carriage in his garden. that can be seen from the main railway line.
Members then enjoyed a chance for a chat over tea and cakes.
Next meeting will be our Christmas Cracker!
